Following Hannah’s death, however, there were allegations that she had mistreated her husband emotionally, physically, financially, and sexually. Being cut off from Hannah and his kids Hannah’s husband attempted to kidnap her daughter Laianah in 2019. A Domestic Violence Order was given to him as a result (DVO.) Baxter’s wife Hannah then offered him 165 days of annual custody of his children. Hannah’s husband, on the other hand, declined the offer and refused to sign the authorization document provided by a lawyer.
When DVO of Baxter was incorporated into Holland Park Magistrates Court in January 2020, he was given full custody of his three children. On February 19th, however, when Clarke was taking her children to school, Mr. Baxter set fire to the inside of the vehicle, murdering Hannah’s children. Clarke, on the other hand, came from the blazing car and claimed that her husband, Baxter, had poured gasoline on her. Others tried to put out the fire with water when the car took fire, but Baxter stopped them and stabbed himself to death at the same time. On March 9, 2020, Hannah and her children were laid to rest.
