Kanye West has broken his Twitter silence to reveal his whereabouts. McDonald’s has unveiled a groundbreaking new packaging design. According to his most recent Instagram post, Kanye is working with Muji’s industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa to “reimagine McDonald’s packaging.”
Ye posted a mysterious snapshot of a McDonald’s hamburger on Instagram Stories with the message, “next week it’s the fries.”
Kanye West’s partnership with McDonald’s
This appears to be the next stage in Ye’s professional career. In February, Ye appeared in a Super Bowl McDonald’s commercial, pulling up to a drive-through in a Russian Sherp ATV with sunglasses, and delivering the now-famous (among Ye fans) line,
“May I have uhhhhhhhh?”
Bubba Wallace, a NASCAR driver, Edwin Castro, a FIFA Twitch caster, and Ryan Reynolds as the giant purple McDonald’s insignia Grimace also starred in the commercial. Ye + McDonald’s follows in the footsteps of Megan Thee Stallion’s Popeyes collaboration, which is only one of many celebrity-fast food chain collaborations. He’s even posted about McDonald’s, adding, “I’ve always known them,” on social media. French fries were revolting, smelling sweet and rotten. Despite the fact that rapper-endorsed Macs are now considered archaic, a limited-edition Kanye West meal would certainly be a hit. On the other hand, this combination has the potential to rekindle interest in fast food.

Who is Naoto Fukasawa?
Naoto Fukasawa is a Japanese industrial designer, author, and educator who was born in 1956. After graduating from Tama Art University’s Product Design Department in the 1980s, he rose to prominence. Prior to returning to Japan in 2003 to establish Naoto Fukusawa Design, he worked in the United States, particularly with Silicon Valley corporations, according to his profile. Fukasawa is a co-founder of the company 21 21 Design Sight and a lecturer at his alma mater.
Despite the fact that Fukasawa’s designs are generally seen in Europe, he has worked with people in the United States. It’s not uncommon for designers to have a successful career, and Fukasawa is no exception. Although the designer’s actual net worth is unknown, it has been speculated that it could be in the $12 million range. This statistic is based on his numerous initiatives over the years. On May 23, 2022, he revealed that he will work with Kanye West, sometimes known as Ye, to “reimagine McDonald’s packaging.”
