In March 2007, Minnie returned to television in the FX Network drama The Riches. Minnie made her broadcast debut in a Right Guard deodorant commercial in 1991. She also made her theatrical debut in 1991, performing as a jazz vocalist and guitarist to support her income. In 1993, she appeared alongside Michael Gambon and Michael Sheen in an episode of Maigret. Driver starred alongside comedian Steve Coogan and satirist Armando Iannucci in the British television show The Day Today.
